Terms of Service

Plain English: Use the pool honestly. Fees from 0% and only charged when you find a block. We make no guarantees about finding blocks. The service is provided as-is.

1. Acceptance

By connecting a miner to SoloPool.eu or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. What the service is

SoloPool.eu is a solo mining pool supporting multiple SHA-256 coins including BCH, BTC, DGB, XEC, PPC, and NMC. We are not a financial service, exchange, custodian, or investment platform. We do not hold your funds.

3. No guarantee of earnings

Solo mining is probabilistic. Finding a block is not guaranteed. We make no representation that you will find any blocks or receive any payouts.

4. Fees

Fees are charged on block rewards only when a block is found, deducted from the payout. Fee rates vary by coin: DGB and NMC are 0%, BCH and PPC are 0.5%, BTC and XEC are 1%. There are no connection fees, inactivity fees, or any other charges.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree not to submit invalid shares, attack our infrastructure, or use the service for any purpose other than legitimate SHA-256 cryptocurrency mining.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the pool running continuously but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

7. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to block any wallet address or IP address used abusively, without prior notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoloPool.eu is not liable for loss of funds, hardware damage, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the service.

9. API and webhooks

We provide a public API at solopool.eu/api/v1/ and a webhook notification service. You may use these for personal dashboards, monitoring, and integrations. You may not use them to scrape, resell, or abuse the service. Rate limits apply and may be changed without notice. We reserve the right to block access for abusive usage.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
