Terms of Service
Short version: Use the pool honestly, don't attack our infrastructure, understand that mining rewards are not guaranteed. We can suspend access if you abuse the service. We operate the pool as-is — uptime is not guaranteed.
1. Acceptance
By connecting a miner to SoloPool.eu or using our website, API, or tools, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What the service is
SoloPool.eu is a solo mining pool for Bitcoin Cash (BCH). We relay mining work between connected miners and the BCH network. If a connected miner finds a valid block, we submit it to the BCH network and send the block reward (minus our fee) to the miner's wallet address.
We are not a financial service, exchange, custodian, or investment platform. We do not hold your BCH. Payouts are direct on-chain transactions.
3. No guarantee of earnings
Solo mining involves probability. Finding a block is not guaranteed. We make no representation that you will find any blocks or receive any payouts. The expected time to find a block depends on your hashrate, network difficulty, and random chance.
Statistics, calculators, and probability estimates on this site are for informational purposes only and are not predictions or promises of earnings.
4. Fees
We charge a 0.9% fee on block rewards — deducted from the payout when a block is found. There are no other fees. Connecting to the pool, submitting shares, and being online without finding a block is free.
The fee is deducted automatically before the payout transaction is sent. We do not charge fees retroactively.
5. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing a valid BCH wallet address as your mining username. Payouts sent to an address you provide cannot be reversed by us.
- You must not use the pool to mine using hashrate obtained fraudulently or by attacking other systems.
- You must not attempt to attack, overload, or disrupt our stratum servers, API, or website.
- You must not use automated tools to scrape the site or API at rates that could affect service for others.
- You are responsible for the electricity costs and hardware involved in mining.
- You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your country regarding cryptocurrency mining and taxation.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep the pool running continuously but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, security incidents, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for mining downtime or missed blocks caused by service interruptions.
7. Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to block or restrict access to the pool for any wallet address or IP address that we determine is being used abusively, dishonestly, or in violation of these terms — without prior notice and without compensation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoloPool.eu is not liable for:
- Lost or unclaimed mining rewards
- Incorrect wallet addresses provided by users
- Network delays, forks, or BCH protocol changes that affect payouts
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service
- Loss of earnings from service downtime
9. Changes to the service
We may change or discontinue the service, adjust the fee, or modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the website. Continued use of the pool after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which SoloPool.eu is operated. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
