Device Setup Guides
Step-by-step for your hardware.

Pick your device below. Each guide covers exactly where to enter the config.

Bitaxe (all models)
BM1366 · BM1370 · AxeOS firmware
Tested
1
Open the AxeOS web interface
Connect to your Bitaxe's IP address in a browser. Usually 192.168.x.x — check your router or serial output.
2
Go to Settings → Pool
You'll see three fields: host, port, and username.
3
Enter the config
Host: stratum.solopool.eu
Port: 3333
User: YOUR_BCH_ADDRESS.bitaxe1
4
Save and reboot
Hit save. Bitaxe reboots automatically. Within 60 seconds you should see shares being submitted in the AxeOS dashboard.
NerdQaxe / NerdQaxe+
BM1366 · NerdAxe firmware
Tested
1
Open the NerdAxe web UI
Navigate to the device IP. Same as Bitaxe — check your router for the address.
2
Go to Settings → Pool Config
NerdAxe may list Pool 1 and Pool 2. Only Pool 1 is required.
3
Enter the config
Host: stratum.solopool.eu
Port: 3333
User: YOUR_BCH_ADDRESS.nerdqaxe1
4
Save and restart
Save the config. The device reconnects to the new pool. Shares should appear within a minute.
How Payouts Work
If you find a block, you get paid.

Here's exactly what happens between your miner finding a block and the BCH arriving in your wallet.

Your miner finds a valid hash
Could take days,
weeks, or longer
We validate and submit the block
Instant — our node
broadcasts to BCH network
BCH network confirms the block
~10 minutes,
1 confirmation
Reward sent to your wallet
3.125 BCH minus 0.9% fee
≈ 3.097 BCH to you

There is no minimum payout threshold. The full reward goes to the BCH address you set as your username. We never hold your BCH — the payout is an on-chain transaction, not an internal transfer.

FAQ
Questions about setup.

Answers to the things people ask most.

First, double-check the host is exactly stratum.solopool.eu and port is 3333. Make sure there is no stratum+tcp:// prefix in the host field — some UIs want it, others don't. If you're using a Bitaxe, try rebooting after saving. If the issue continues, check that your BCH address is valid.
In your miner's web interface, you should see shares being submitted after about 60 seconds. The share count will increase over time. You can also check our Pool Stats page — if your worker appears in the active miners list, you're live.
Both CashAddr format (bitcoincash:q...) and legacy format (1...) are supported. We recommend CashAddr. Make sure you're using a BCH address — not a BTC address. They look similar but are different networks.
Nothing critical — it's just a label. If you have multiple miners on the same BCH address, use different worker names to tell them apart in your stats. Examples: youraddress.bitaxe1, youraddress.nerd1. If you only have one miner, any name works.
Almost certainly not. Solo mining at low hashrates is probability-based. A Bitaxe at 500 GH/s has roughly a 1-in-several-million chance per block attempt. As long as you're submitting shares (visible in your miner's UI), everything is working correctly. Finding a block could take weeks, months, or longer — that's the nature of lottery mining.
Yes. Use port 3334 for Stratum V1 over TLS. Not all small miners support TLS — Bitaxe and NerdQaxe work fine on port 3333 without it. If your device supports TLS, it's a bit more secure on open networks.
