Setup & Help

Get your miner connected.

Step-by-step guides for every supported device. Takes about two minutes.

Quick start
Works for all supported devices.
1
Choose your coin and get a wallet address
BCH: Electron Cash. DGB: DigiByte wallet. BTC: any Bitcoin wallet (bc1q... recommended). XEC: Electrum ABC. PPC: Peercoin Core. Copy your receiving address — this is your username on the pool.
2
Open your miner's web interface
Navigate to your miner's IP address in a browser. Check your router for the IP.
3
Go to pool or stratum settings
Bitaxe: Settings → Pool. NerdQaxe: Settings → Pool Config. LuckyMiner: Pool Settings.
4
Enter the config for your coin
BCH → Host: bch.solopool.eu · Port: 3333 (standard) or 4333 (large ASIC)
DGB → Host: dgb.solopool.eu · Port: 3335 (standard) or 4335 (large ASIC)
BTC → Host: btc.solopool.eu · Port: 3337 (standard) or 4337 (large ASIC)
XEC → Host: xec.solopool.eu · Port: 3339 (standard) or 4339 (large ASIC)
PPC → Host: ppc.solopool.eu · Port: 3341 (standard) or 4341 (large ASIC)
User: YOUR_WALLET_ADDRESS.worker1
Pass: x
5
Save and reboot
Your miner will reconnect. Within 60 seconds, shares should start climbing. If the share count rises, you're live.
Stratum endpoints
Not sure which port to use? Start with the Standard port. If you're running a large ASIC (S21-class or similar), use the High Hashrate port.

Troubleshooting
If something isn't working, start here.
Check that the host is exactly [coin].solopool.eu with no extra characters (e.g. bch.solopool.eu, btc.solopool.eu, dgb.solopool.eu). BCH/BTC/XEC/PPC ports: 3333 standard, 4333 high hashrate. DGB/NMC ports: 3335 standard, 4335 high hashrate. Don't put stratum+tcp:// in the host field on small devices. Reboot after saving.
Usually a clock sync issue or firmware bug. Update your firmware. A small number of rejects is normal.
Pool hashrate is calculated from submitted shares. Give it 30–60 minutes to stabilize.
Almost certainly not. As long as shares are submitting, your miner is working correctly. Finding a block takes months to years at typical home miner hashrates.
Usually a local network issue. Try a wired connection. Some ISPs throttle standard ports — try the high hashrate port as an alternative: 4333 for BCH/BTC/XEC/PPC or 4335 for DGB/NMC.
