About us

Built in Europe,
for home miners.

A straightforward solo Bitcoin Cash mining pool — no accounts, no locked rewards, no surprises. Every block you find goes directly to your wallet.

Why we built SoloPool.eu

Home mining with devices like the Bitaxe and NerdQaxe has made solo Bitcoin Cash mining genuinely accessible. A small ASIC on your desk, plugged into your home network — and you're contributing hashrate to a permissionless, decentralised network. We think that's worth making as easy as possible.

Most solo pools were designed with large-scale miners in mind: complex dashboards, mandatory account registration, confusing fee structures, and stratum servers located on the other side of the world from European miners. We wanted something different — a pool that respects the simplicity of what home miners are actually doing.

So we built SoloPool.eu. EU stratum servers, plain English setup guides, a 0.9% fee that only applies when you win, and no account required ever. Point your miner, check your stats, done.

European servers, low latency

Stratum latency directly affects how many of your shares make it in before the next block is found. We run dedicated infrastructure inside Europe so EU-based miners get the fastest possible connection to the pool.

EU Stratum Servers
stratum.solopool.eu:3333 — plain TCP
stratum.solopool.eu:3334 — TLS encrypted
Full BCH Node
We run our own fully-validating Bitcoin Cash node. No reliance on third-party infrastructure for block templates or submission.
Real-time Public Stats
Pool hashrate, miners online, recent blocks, and per-miner stats are all public. No login required to see anything.
Open API
All pool data is accessible via our public REST API. Build your own dashboards, alerts, or integrations.

0.9% — only when you win

Most pools charge fees regardless of whether you find a block. We don't think that's fair for solo miners, where weeks or months can pass between wins.

How it works
When one of our miners finds a BCH block, the full coinbase reward goes to their wallet — minus a 0.9% pool fee deducted automatically at payout. If no blocks are found, no fee is ever charged. There is no registration fee, no monthly subscription, and no withdrawal minimum.
  • No fee during dry streaks — you're charged nothing while you mine
  • No accounts or KYC — your BCH wallet address is your identity
  • Direct-to-wallet payouts — rewards go straight to the address you mine with
  • No minimum payout — the entire block reward goes to you immediately

What we care about

  • Decentralisation matters. Every home miner who joins a solo pool contributes directly to the network's security and decentralisation — rather than adding their hashrate to a giant pool that controls 30% of the network.
  • Transparency first. All block wins are public with blockchain links. Pool stats are real-time and unauthenticated. We don't hide anything.
  • Home miners deserve good tooling. Bitaxe setup guides, a hashrate calculator, address validator, halving countdown, miner comparison — we keep building tools that make home mining less confusing.
  • Simple is better. No dashboard to learn, no wallet to fund, no email to verify. Point your miner at our stratum, use your BCH address as the username, and you're mining.

Pool milestones

Feb 2025
SoloPool.eu goes live. EU stratum server running, BCH node synced, payout engine deployed. First miners connect within hours.
Feb 2025
TLS stratum on port 3334. Encrypted stratum connections added for miners who want extra privacy or are behind restrictive firewalls.
Mar 2025
Miner tools launched. Miner lookup, hashrate calculator, address validator, halving countdown, luck leaderboard, and miner comparison all go live.
Mar 2025
Public API & webhooks. Full REST API and webhook notifications make it easy to build integrations and get notified when blocks are found.

Bitcoin Cash is ideal for home mining

Bitcoin Cash shares Bitcoin's SHA-256 proof-of-work algorithm, which means the same ASIC hardware used for BTC mining works for BCH. Home miners running Bitaxe, NerdQaxe, or LuckyMiner devices can mine BCH with zero modifications.

Because BCH has significantly less total hashrate than BTC, a small home miner has a meaningfully better chance of finding a solo block. The block time targets 10 minutes — the same as Bitcoin — and the reward follows the same halving schedule. Transaction fees on-chain are a fraction of a cent, so your payout lands in your wallet without being eaten by fees.
