Privacy Policy

Short version: We collect as little data as possible. We do not sell data. We do not require an account. The only data we process is your wallet address, your miner's IP address, and standard server logs.

1. Who we are

SoloPool.eu is a SHA-256 solo mining pool supporting BCH, BTC, DGB, XEC, PPC, and NMC, operated in the European Union. Contact: [email protected]

2. What data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the pool:

Wallet address — used as your stratum username for the coin you are mining. Required to route payouts.
IP address — standard network logs. Required for abuse prevention.
Share and connection data — timestamps, hashrate, worker names. Required to calculate pool statistics.
Webhook URL — if you register a webhook subscription, we store the URL you provide in order to deliver block notifications. You can delete this at any time via your subscription management link.

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personal identification.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process data under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) for operating the pool, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests) for security and abuse prevention.

4. Data retention

Server logs are retained for 90 days. Mining statistics are retained for the lifetime of the pool for public transparency purposes. Webhook subscriptions and delivery logs are retained until you delete your subscription.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell data to any third party. We share data only with hosting infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service, and as required by law.

6. Public API

We provide a public API at solopool.eu/api/v1/ exposing pool statistics, block history, network data, and per-miner stats for all supported coins. All data returned is non-personal and already visible on this website. API access is rate-limited per IP address. By using the API you agree not to abuse or attempt to circumvent these limits.

7. Cookies

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data. Contact [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
